Any shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the full shipping price.
Shipping discounts are only available for shipments going to any of the 48 contiguous states, plus Washington D.C,. which we are permitted to ship.
Disclaimer: Thousand Islands Winery agrees to ship a case of wine for free shipping, 12 bottles. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available and to sign for the wine upon its arrival. The customer must be 21 or over to sign for the wine.
Note: To better facilitate delivery, the customer can have wine shipped to their work address but not a PO or FPO box.
Wine returned to the winery by UPS for a customer’s failure to receive and sign for the shipped wine, will result in the customer being refunded for the undelivered wine but the UPS shipping costs will be deducted from their wine’s refunded amount.
